Standard Room: Bed & Breakfast £38.50 per person per night. 

Single occupation of a Standard Double room: £50 per person per night.

Prestige Room: (King Size Bed, Walk-in shower with heated floor, walk-in wardrobe)
                              Bed & Breakfast £48.50 per person per night

Causey Pike Room: Fantastic Views across the Fells
                                     (King Size Bed, Walk-in shower with heated floor, walk-in wardrobe)
                                     Bed & Breakfast £53.50 per person per night

Credit card information is required to secure a booking. No deposits are taken.

Three-night minimum stay is required for New Year.

Cancellation Policy

Greater than 2 weeks notice - nothing to pay.
Less than 2 weeks notice – we reserve the right to charge for the entire booking subject (at our discretion) to any successful re-letting. Holiday insurance may cover you for cancellation.

Please note that for Easter and New Year the notice period is 4 weeks.
