Welcome to West View Guest House in Keswick

Dawn and Paul Titley welcome you to West View Guest House, our Victorian (1890) home close to Derwent Water in Keswick and located in the heart of the beautiful English Lake District. Situated close to the Lake, yet only footsteps from the centre of Keswick.

West View overlooks Hope Park and is close to the Theatre, and the boat landings for tours of Derwent Water. We can provide discount tickets for the Theatre and Boat Cruises.

Your room has en-suite facilities, with colour TV, clock radio, hair dryer, and tea/coffee tray (with a mountain of tea and coffee). You are welcome to use the large Guest Lounge all day as a refuge for rest and planning. The views are outstanding.

We will cook your breakfast to order and set you up for the day. We are happy to cater for personal tastes (vegetarian, gluten-free etc). If you arrive wet we will dry your gear over night, and we can keep your mountain bike secure.

West View has seven doubles and one twin room for you to enjoy your stay in the Lakes. One double is on the ground floor.
