West View overlooks Hope Park and is close to the Theatre, and the boat landings for tours of Derwentwater.

West View has six doubles (one can be split as a twin bed room). Three regular ensuite rooms, and three Prestige ensuite rooms (King Size bed, walk-in shower, heated floor). One regular double is on the ground floor. The 'Causey Pike' (Prestige) room has fantastic views across the Park of the fells.

Our Guest Lounge is open all day for browsing, planning or using our free WiFi. All manner of activities are available at Keswick (see our Adventure page). We can also provide discount tickets for the Theatre and Boat Cruises.

We will cook your breakfast to order and set you up for the day. We are happy to cater for personal tastes (vegetarian, gluten-free etc).

If you arrive wet we will dry your gear over night, and we can keep your mountain bike secure inside the house. We also offer the unique service of escorted trail runs across the fells, so bring your running shoes.
